1 project design conditions
1.1 projects of heat condition
The steam source conditions: saturated steam 0.1 MPa. A, 100 ℃, for compressed to 0.45 MPa. A, 145 ℃, steam 4 t/h;
Project name: screw compressor steam compression recovery project.
1.2 project construction site:
Installation location: design of unit installed near a owner waste heat sources of heat/steam plant.
1.3 the power requirements (can be adjusted according to the actual circumstance of the owner)
Screw compressor steam for electricity provided by the user is responsible for:
(1) control power supply: ac power AC380V, 3 phase, 50 hz;
(2) the power supply: compressor body and auxiliary power adopts ac power AC10000V, 3 phase, 50 hz;
1.4 water requirement (can be adjusted according to the actual circumstance of the owner)
Screw water vapor compressor mainly include: the unit steam humidity adjusting water;Mechanical seal with circulating cooling water;Lubricating oil system in circulating cooling water three parts.
The unit steam humidity control water use oxygen or boiler feed water;
Mechanical seal with use demineralized water circulating cooling water;
Lubricating oil system using cold water circulation industry cooling water;According to the industrial circulating cooling water treatment design specification (GB 50050-2007), cooling water water quality must meet the following requirements, can also according to the local water quality, but shall not be lower than in the table below standard:

3implementation plan
3.1 items and contents to be provided by users
1) The user provides the construction site of screw steam compressor unit;
2) The deoxygenated water, circulating cooling water and demineralized water required by the unit are connected by the user to one meter outside the corresponding access pipe of the unit, or to the corresponding inlet interface flange of the unit;
3) The heat source steam pipe is provided by the user and connected to the inlet flange of the screw steam compressor unit;
4) The user is responsible for the cable laying from the user's on-site power distribution cabinet to the screw steam compressor unit;
5) All energy media required on site are provided by users (including steam, circulating industrial cooling water, demineralized water, deaerated water, instrument air or compressed air, control and power supply, etc.).
3.2 contents provided by the supplier
1) According to the steam source conditions, we provide: screw steam compressor unit, speed control system, frequency conversion regulation system, import and export steam liquid separation tank and other equipment supply;
2) Installation and commissioning of screw steam compressor and control system;
3) Provide equipment list.
4) Relevant supply and installation data of equipment.

5. Conclusion
1. The screw steam compressor is used to recover low-pressure steam, reduce the emission of low-quality steam in enterprises, and realize the secondary recycling of energy.
2. Because the whole thermodynamic system of screw steam compressor is simple, the equipment can be directly transformed on the basis of the original pipe network system, so the whole field work quantity is small and the equipment covers a small area.
3. Screw steam compressor has simple structure, no complex parts, long service life, low maintenance cost, obvious economic benefits and short return on investment.
